Brought back Permissiver Flashing
You can now flash Permissiver in devices with Treble Toolkit and TWRP's sideload mode

New file checks
Avoid flashing the wrong things into the wrong partitions with Treble Toolkit 21.5.1, as it blocks this:
- Flashing TWRP images that are above 100 MB
- Flashing GSIs that are below 500 MB
You can now format your device's vendor partition in Treble Toolkit

Fixed the Installer
21.4.1 was very buggy for the launcher, but that is no longer the case with 21.5.1. The Installer was completely fixed.
